"Buying a house is a daunting task. It involves knowing the market, knowing what best accommodates one’s needs, what geographical area is desired, changing interest rates, increasing asking prices, and what one’s actual budget allows. The dream quickly can fade into a nightmare of pure expediency and compromise. Then there is the torturous journey of appraisals, escrow, loan application, and offers not accepted. It can be very disheartening. Here is where I sing the praises of Debbie Thuesen, realtor extraordinaire, of eXp Realty. From the very beginning, she showed us only homes that fit our criteria, in the desired geographical areas, and within our budget. She inspected each home as we toured together pointing out issues later confirmed by inspectors, as well as positive features of each property. "Deborah helped me sell my home in the midst of navigating my divorce. She is so helpful, kind and accommodating!
